They have been informed by Brian, thats for sure. It'll take time for them coming right in for now as they have preparation and it will be a better state for them coming after the Pines shipped.
In my opinion, if they were to come in now, they'll have to answer many repeated questions whereas they need to look up those thousands of emails to reply to and preparing thousands of Pines to be delivered.
They were new tech company with minimal staff handling, so they'll need their staffs where they have to.

Thanks for setting this up, Brian. It would be nice if Neptune would participate here, too - have they been advised/invited? Something is in the works. We'll have to be patient and see what materializes. |

Right! They may be here, in one way or another, before shipment. But I would honestly advise against them having an official presence here before the pines ship. They don't need that headache. And I'm certain that they are happy with the few of us who are managing in their stead, for the time being. They've been very helpful at supplementing our knowledge, when necessary and possible. |
