Battery life. This was a day where, in addition to email and phone calls and texting, I was still downloading and testing apps, so normal everyday use should yield even better battery stats.

Someone had requested photos of the inset of the watchstrap. Of course, the retooled one will probably be somewhat different.

This is the post of the FB Chat page, with a list of the apps that people asked me to test, to see of they would work/load/fit on the Pine...
Sorry it took a bit, but here is the list of apps and results. The results are in a 3 letter format. OK, I am going to have to do something different with the videos. The max attachment upload that is allowed here is 3MB. I will try tomorrow to load them to YouTube and put the links here. They are mostly videos running games and such, which show that the Pine is able to handle them and streaming media.

Hi Brian,
congrats to your Pine and thanks a lot for the first review and the pics.
Need a Pine ASAP because I have a lot of issues and probs with my Omate Truesmart.
Could you please, if possible, test the battery life of Pine with the Nova launcher? And, if you want to try SWAppLink by Cyril Preiss (I usae it and I love it...) could you check if it is working either on Bluetooth AND push-service?
The battery life of TS is lousy poor, maximum of 12 hours if non-used and 6 hours if I use it slightly.
The charging cradle is damaged by normal use and I have to add a clothespin for the right pressure on the charging pins. Any spare cradle isnt available.
At least, the silicone wristband is ripped without a chance of getting a spare one. I wil try a silicone glue, but I think its not possible to fix it.
So I need a Pine urgently, hehe.

Brian thanks for all of that testing(and posting). In your "spare" time can you try ClockSync? Has anyone tried to root the phone?
