you didn't include "like a pager, with the clip", which is how I plan to have mine most of the time, since I spend a good portion of my life at work lol

I choose 1st choice. Since i will have 3 bands, each on both arms and one on my ankle..hehe. A clip on my left belt and another on my right the bumper with clip. Oh..another one on my neck the landyard..looking a way to assemble the mount on my cap as Gary aka Buddha suggested..

I don't know yet. I'll try to wear it as a watch but I'm not sure about the size/weight on my wrist. If it feels uncomfortable my plan is to just put it in my pocket like a small smartphone. The bigger ones usually don't really fit comfortably into small women's pockets and I don't like to carry a purse or backpack or anything like that. In the summer I use a hip-bag if there's really no chance of putting all the absolutely necessary things into the usually even smaller summer/short-pants-pockets. I don't need much: money, couple of plastic cards (ID, credit card, drivers license), phone, keys, some tissues (always need those if I haven't got any So if the phone could live on my wrist and not use up space in a pocket I'd really like that idefix
